Chiuahuah/shih tzu?

I wanna buy him for Christmas as a gift to myself but im not sure if ill add one more tiny dog to our growing dog family because buying a dog is not like buying a toy. he needs maintenance and love. I just find him so inappropriately cute haha.. he's a mixed of chiuauah/shih tzu. i found him at tiendesitas a week ago but selling mixed breeds in tiendesitas is actually illegal. so they dropped the prizr to 6k. the owner said they dont intentionally breed this kind. it just so happened that their chiuauah and shih tzu betrayed their owner by taking the opportunity when he was away :) i like Him cause he's small and i could just carry him around even in a bag without getting tired. taking him to one place to another would be effortless. imagine a chiuahuah with long hair like a shih tzu... CUTE!

Toasted Marshmallow Milkshake

i had no choice but to look for "toasted marshmallow recipe" on the internet because my doll got crazy about it a few weeks ago. he wanted to try it so bad after watching "Sugar Rush" on lifestyle network. how i wish they sell it here so i dont have to make one every time he craves or every time i crave hehe.. they say this drink is something everyone should try at least once in their life even if you're not a big fan of sweets. from the comments of people about it, it surely got me cuhrayzey as well. the best part of it is, its so easy to make.. one blogger's comment was "A sip of the thick, rich ice cream shake is sure to evoke, “Oh my god! What is this heavenly delight?” What’s more, it’s topped with two real toasted marshmallows! As you down this drink, you’ll experience euphoria.". hahahaha hows that for a description :) even Rachel Ray and Oprah are crazy about it :)

Ingredients:

• One 1-pound bag jumbo marshmallows
• 2 cups milk
• 2 cups vanilla ice cream
• 1 tablespoon sour cream

Directions:

1. Preheat the broiler. On a foil-lined baking sheet, place half of the marshmallows in a single layer; broil until charred, 3 minutes. Transfer to a plate to cool. Place the remaining marshmallows on the sheet and roast just until toasted, 2 minutes; let cool.
2. In a blender, mix the milk, ice cream, sour cream and charred marshmallows. Serve topped with the toasted marshmallows.

Movie: The chronicles of Narnia: the voyage of the dawn treader

 

"In your world, i have a different name, you just have to know it" those were the last few lines i remember from the chronicles of Narnia. for some people that dont know it, Narnia was written by C.S Lewis, one of the best children story writers of all time..Lewis wrote this fantastic story in the simplicity of a children’s story. Lewis’ life had been transformed by Jesus and he wanted others to share in that experience. Aslan the lion represents Jesus :) because i know who they represent in the movie, Narnia never failed to make me cry in all its movies haha if you really listen to what they say, it all makes sense... if you want your children to read awesome books that are full of Godly wisdom and values, Narnia is the best. this latest movie has wonderful movie effects and can be watched on 3d. but personally, i never really liked 3d haha but i had no choice because i watched it with my nephews :)

Kethcup's night out

Saturday was ketchup's night out. :) of course the best place to take him was at Highstreet but our options were Tiendesitas and Eastwood. I wanted to take him somewhere clean where he could just run around and get crazy. We also went to a car show beside Highstreet, it wasn't really part of the plan but we were already there so we decided to check it out.. i had to carry ketchup the whole time at the car show because people might step on him,, sorry nalang at naihi sya sa takot dahil malakas yung sounds.. he peed while i was carrying him. so my perfume for the night was ketchup's pee.. haha.. we had to go back right away because i wasnt really comfortable carrying him there and i feel bad for him cause he's too scared.. but i think over all he had a fun night out.. sniffing other dogs and seeing the world because he doesnt go out much :)

Dog Spa at tiendesitas

Dogs became a fad nowadays and i dont like people who buy dogs just because everyone has a dog. they tend to forget that when you buy a dog, it also comes with responsibilities like food, medical care, poop cleaning, grooming etc..so make sure when you buy, you're ready with your armors of love and money :) these dogs are like little people that are incapable of talking but so capable of loving. no matter how many times you get mad, scold or hurt them, they just keep on coming back to you. so if you wanna give back the love to ur pets, Heres a dog spa that i've discovered at Tiendesitas.. it starts at 1000 pesos depending on the size of your dog. the package consists of Bubble bath, dog massage (with different types of aromas), haircut etc.. but as for me, hmm i dont think ill ever take my dogs there. im not sure if they appreciate the same relaxation humans do hahaha so maybe not.. but for the crazy ones.. heres a newly built spa for your dog haha

Fun time at Tinybig

yesterday we went to Tinybig Sped school. it was a fun and interesting experience again.. We learned so much from our professor and from the students. the activity for the day was cookie and cake designing and i was so thrilled because ive always wanted to try decorating sweets.. it was fun!! the students were fun to be with.. we'll never trade this job for anything else :)

Red eyes

i have watery red eyes right now because of contact lenses. i hate it because i cant see clearly and i have to wear shades when i go out in the sun because the light just makes it worse and more watery. i've had this before and i always use "tobradex" droppers. when i checked my contacts, i saw there was a little rip on the side. i guess it scratched my corneas again.. Lesson: never wear damaged contact lenses and always ALWAYS clean it. better if you clean it and rub it on your palm using the tip of your finger (of course when you dont have nails) with a solution.
