The Famous Tibuk tibuk of Pampanga

One of the hospital foods brought by my tita Gigi was the famous tibuk tibuk of pampanga. It was my first time to eat it and i fell inlove right away. It wasn't exactly love at first sight but when i started to eat it, it melted in my mouth.. it was just so goood. Its made of carbao milk and you top it with cooked coconut.. one big bilao is 400 pesos. its definitely worth the money.. cant wait to visit pampanga!!

Hospital Activities

My mommy Tess was admitted to the hospital on friday because of non stop bleeding from the anus. She had to be admitted to know where the bleeding is coming from. My sister and i had to sleep there til sunday because none of our other sisters can sleep over because of their kids. After 3 days, we found out she has liver cirrohis. It means her liver w/c filters our blood is not functioning well anymore, the blood from her varices cant pass through the liver and its all jammed up in her vain and it was the result of one of her main vains to pop. Im not a doctor nor a nurse and i dont know how to explain it exactly but thats how i understood it. the doctors said we cant do anything about it anymore and liver transplant was not an option for her because she said she's already old. The dangerous part of this is all her varices are starting to explode even the ones in her esophagus. Its dangerous because when the vain in the Esophagus explodes, she will drown with her own blood. Its not something that i would like to imagine but we have to face reality that anything can happen any minute now. It really is a depressing time for our family but we just savor every moment with her and act as if nothing is wrong. From the outside she looks very strong and she can still shop and go to greenhills but her inside is slowly deteriorating and one of her veins could pop anytime which can be the result of blood loss. Right now, we're just putting all our hopes in God because only him can Help us and comfort us during this time in our lives. its depressing when a family member is sick, its very hard to function well.

Sherlock and Audi day out

Shabu shabu with sherlock and audi was fun. It was our first time to eat shabu shabu lunch outside because of these two. I thought it was going to be difficult trying to eat with these dogs but they were cooperative enough to let us enjoy our meal. Audi is the new baby of the santos family,  he's the sweetest emo 4month old American cocker Spaniel. But with sherlock, Of course once in a while ivan would grab him because he growls at people when they would get near him. These 2 get along pretty well :)

Nathaniel's Buko pandan

I always think about food during my spare time. Its the harsh effect of my red pill. Right now, im thinking about nathaniel's buko pandan that i just ate a few hours ago. Its really the best Buko Pandan iv ever tatsed in my whole life. Nathaniels buko pandan was originated in Pampanga at wala pa tumatalo sa kanya so far.. it is made with Strips of buco and pandan jelly with the creaminess of carabao milk, frozen. You'll forget your name! im not even exagerrating! my sister bought 2 gallons and im almost done with the last gallon.

Saturday, Yakimix day.

Saturday was yakimix day. Had to tell my sister to make a reservation right away kase sobra haba nanaman ng pila panigurado. she was there at 5pm and people were already lined up outside waiting for their names to be called. Para ka lang nasa LTO habang tinatawag pangalan mo. I really ate a lot more than what i paid for. After dinner, ivan and i walked around to buy his bag, food for sherlock and inquired for his dream Tempur bed. At the end of the night, di pa rin bumaba kinain ko at muka akong 3 bwang buntis. 

My gaining weight journey

this was my wednesday food. Had lunch at contis and ate fish. tuna belly and salmon baked fish. then went to greenhills to eat crazy crepe and a whole lot more that i didn't get to take a picure of.  After 5 years i finally ate my crazy crepe again. i dont know what they changed with the ingredients but i remember it tasted better back then. i think the ice cream is not too creamy and the whipped cream is so heavy it made my head ache. This is officially the start of my fat days. Im really trying to gain weight because im a little under weight for my height so i started drinking my red pill. This red pill is called "lhing Zhi chuang yao wan". its actually bad for the health cause its steroidal but what can i do? Iv been dependent on it since i was a kid and whenever i would stop, id lose weight again. My plan is just to gain a lil heavier then stop when i dont look like a walking stick anymore. Its really works but its still not good for the health. :(
