One of the hospital foods brought by my tita Gigi was the famous tibuk tibuk of pampanga. It was my first time to eat it and i fell inlove right away. It wasn't exactly love at first sight but when i started to eat it, it melted in my mouth.. it was just so goood. Its made of carbao milk and you top it with cooked coconut.. one big bilao is 400 pesos. its definitely worth the money.. cant wait to visit pampanga!!
