Pritchon!!!

this Holiday, who can forget the all time filipino favorite Lechon? Yes lechon is a real tasty food but for me, i like it better if its a prichon!! pritchon is fried lechon or "Pritong Biik" wrapped in pita wedges and served with different kinds of sauce. (but my favorite is oyster! :)) It is a unique way of serving a whole suckling pig or "Lechon de Leche". It is indeed a Philippine delicacy thats very fun to eat. there are service crews that will serve you the hot and crispy taste of heaven!! Im even salivating while typing.. when you first bite it, you could feel the crispiness of the pig skin mixed with the juicy meat and strips of cucumber and leeks along with your chosen sauce like hoisin, honey mustard, white garlic, chili tagalog, sate, honey lemon and liver.. :) ill see you again pritchon, maybe in anpther family party..
